Description

Brain Station-23 is excited to invite fresh graduates to join the team as Associate Software Engineers through the esteemed “Star Coder Program.” This opportunity offers hands-on experience in collaborating with our proficient engineers to craft applications and address diverse client requirements for both local and international projects. If you consistently produce high-quality code, maintain an optimistic mindset, and possess an adaptable attitude to dive into the early stages of your promising career, we’re eager to meet you. Mastery in any specific programming language isn’t mandatory; however, a passion for programming coupled with a strong grasp of programming concepts and databases is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software.
• Implement projects based on client requirements.
• Review code and design for quality and adherence to standards and best practices.
• Analyze and optimize system resources for efficiency, stability, and scalability.
• Engage in hands-on work on live projects, collaborating with the team to meet project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in team discussions and provide innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputable university; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Encouragement for candidates who have participated in ICPC/ACM/UVa etc. contests.
• Candidates with involvement in various Software/IT competitions are encouraged to apply.
