Position: Assistant Manager – Animator

Location: Jatrabari, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: BDT 32k-40k

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in animation production, with demonstrated expertise in 2D and/or 3D animation

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the animation team to develop and execute creative concepts and visual styles for animated projects.
• Assist the Animation Manager in overseeing the production pipeline, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality animation.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to animators to maintain consistency and quality standards across projects.
• Work closely with writers, directors, and other stakeholders to translate script ideas into compelling visual storytelling.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and character designs to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Manage animation projects from pre-production to post-production, including planning, resource allocation, and project tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve skills and processes.
• Mentor and train junior animators to foster their growth and development within the studio.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in animation production, with demonstrated expertise in 2D and/or 3D animation.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing projects and teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
