Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Project Management
Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 (Negotiable)
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a design or digital agency

About The Role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer
satisfaction, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. This role requires excellent
communication skills, a strong understanding of design and development processes, and the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reports to: COO / Co-Founder
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
➔ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term
relationships.
➔ Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure these are met by our services.
➔ Provide regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and timelines.
Project Coordination:
➔ Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure project requirements
are understood and executed.
➔ Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
➔ Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Business Development:
➔ Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client relationships.
➔ Collaborate with the sales team to support new business pitches and proposals.
Strategic Planning:
➔ Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and enhance satisfaction.
➔ Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
➔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
➔ 1 – 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a design or digital agency.
➔ Strong understanding of website development and social media design processes.
➔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
➔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
➔ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
