Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours: Six Days in a Week (Tuesday Off) (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Location: TV Hut and Electronics (Shop 408-409, Alpona Plaza, Elephant Road, Dhaka)

Are you a people person with a flair for problem-solving? Join us as a Conversation Starter! Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. Be the friendly face of TV HUT and turn every inquiry into a positive interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and concerns.
• Provide exceptional service via phone, email and messenger.
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer databases properly.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal (Bengali & English) communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
