Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: BDT 30,000-40,000

As a Product Analyst at CliqPack, you will be at the forefront of our product development and enhancement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA, and stakeholders, to understand business requirements, analyse user needs, and drive the development of our software solutions. Your exceptional analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen will be instrumental in shaping the success of our software products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for software development.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end software projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, technical specifications, and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, workflows, and system integrations to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive business process models using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), such as process flows and swimlane diagrams.
  • Develop comprehensive business process documentation, including Business Process Descriptions (BPD), and produce well-structured Requirements Specifications (BRS, SRS) documents to capture and communicate both process details and functional/non-functional requirements
  • Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to define software features and ensure alignment with user needs.
  • Develop Wireframes or Prototypes working with UI designers to visualise user interfaces and facilitate user feedback and validation.
  • Conduct Impact and Gap Analysis to assess potential effects of changes to the software system and identify discrepancies between existing system capabilities and desired business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including software developers, engineers, quality assurance and designers, to define project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and ensure a high level of product quality.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, providing updates on project progress and addressing any technical concerns.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget constraints.
  • Research and define product roadmap and deliverables.
  • Test product along with or without testers.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience as Business Analyst In software development environment.
  • Proficiency in creating BPMN process models, BPDs, BRS, SRS, Use Case Docs, User Stories, various Analysis reports, Prototyping etc.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Skilled in using SQL, Excel for data analysis.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart etc.

Additional Requirement:

  • Age 27 to 37 years.
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • Must be able to work within the Deadline.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Project management experience is preferred, with a track record of successful project coordination, planning, and execution.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, database concepts, and system integrations.
  • Experience on working with Tender, CRM, Accounting management, Real Estate, ERP solutions is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in writing and speaking in English is a must.
