Job Responsibilities:

● Assist with design strategy for products, such as branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets.

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience.

● Conceptualize and develop creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.

● Translate concepts into high-quality visual designs, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

● Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

● Work closely with external vendors, agencies, or clients as needed to execute design projects.

● Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth within the role.

Required Qualifications:

● Demonstrable expertise in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles.

● Extensive experience in design studios or agencies is highly desirable.

● Proficiency in Adobe’s creative suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AfterEffects.

● A keen eye for design innovation, coupled with a deep understanding of color theory and typography.

● Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.

● Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept at managing priorities effectively.
