  1. Develop comprehensive activation strategies for both university and corporate sectors.
  2. Identify opportunities for growth and engagement within the target audience.
  3. Create data-driven plans to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  4. Led and executed activation campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of activation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective content.
  7. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
  8. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for activation projects.
  9. Collaborate and manage Brand promoters (BPs) to ensure successful execution of activation plans.
  10. Continuously assess the effectiveness of content and materials and make improvements when necessary.
  11. Ensure the quality and relevance of all content and materials.
  12. Oversee the creation and development of content and materials necessary for activation.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and planning.


  1. Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
  2. Proven experience 2 years (Agency background preferred).
  3. Embrace a positive mindset when approaching fieldwork, and perform tasks spontaneously with enthusiasm and dedication.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms and social media advertising.
  5. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  7. Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution.
  8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  9. The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  10. Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
