Job Title: Sales Support & QA Executive

Job Description:

✓ Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

✓ Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

✓ Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

✓ Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

✓ Identify specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote service offerings.

✓ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

✓ Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

✓ Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

✓ Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs

✓ Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts

✓ Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

✓ Strategic planning to improve client results

Additional Job Responsibilities:

✓ Minimum Bachelor degree from any reputed University.

✓ Only females are allowed to apply

✓ Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in relevant fields. Candidates having experience in the B2B/Corporate Sales industry will be an added advantage.

✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.

✓ Have to be Energetic, smart and can-do attitude.
