𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
• Drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
• Implement and oversee the execution of marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing practices.
• Staying updated with industry trends and leveraging digital platforms to optimize the
• Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to forecast marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective content for digital channels.
• Assist in budget planning and allocation for digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and planning.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭s:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience 3 years or more in Marketing, Marketing Agency with a strong understanding of planning and strategy.
• Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
• The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
• Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
• Excellent communication and project management and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
