JOB DESCRIPTION
The Job Placement and Human Resources Department Executive plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the workforce of our organization. This position is crucial for facilitating the matching of talented individuals with appropriate roles within the company and ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. Your primary goal is to optimize employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction while upholding the values and objectives of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Placement:
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure the placement of candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate discussions between employees and management when necessary.
- Organize and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for organizational improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
- Coordinate with external partners and trainers to provide specialized training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance review processes to assess employee achievements and areas for improvement.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and objectives, providing regular feedback and support to employees.
- Identify high performers for recognition and reward initiatives to motivate and retain top talent.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and organizational values.
- Organizational Development:
- Assist in planning and implementing organizational changes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data on employee engagement and satisfaction, proposing solutions to identified challenges.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging employees to pursue professional growth opportunities.
- Diversity and Inclusion:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven HR experience, preferably in the technology or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment, payroll, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
