The Job Placement and Human Resources Department Executive plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the workforce of our organization. This position is crucial for facilitating the matching of talented individuals with appropriate roles within the company and ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. Your primary goal is to optimize employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction while upholding the values and objectives of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Placement:
    • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent.
    • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
    • Work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure the placement of candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate discussions between employees and management when necessary.
    • Organize and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for organizational improvement.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the organization and develop programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
    • Coordinate with external partners and trainers to provide specialized training sessions and workshops.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance review processes to assess employee achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Work with managers to set performance goals and objectives, providing regular feedback and support to employees.
    • Identify high performers for recognition and reward initiatives to motivate and retain top talent.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and organizational values.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Assist in planning and implementing organizational changes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    • Conduct surveys and analyze data on employee engagement and satisfaction, proposing solutions to identified challenges.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging employees to pursue professional growth opportunities.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
    • Develop strategies to increase diversity within the workforce and foster an inclusive culture that values different perspectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in the technology or education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment, payroll, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
