Position: Executive – Digital Marketing

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Location: Jatrabari, Dhaka

Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Probation Period: 3 – 6 Months

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with organizational needs.
• Utilize various digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive high-quality leads.
• Maintain and manage different social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and the company website.
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation and growth.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Utilize analytics tools and data to track KPIs and generate insightful reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Expertise in utilizing digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience in maintaining and managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and websites.
