  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (phone, e-mail, chat, social media)
  • Professionally handle the high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers
  • Contribute to the customer experience knowledge base (FAQ, articles…)
  • Continuously identify improvements in work processes & quality of communication to improve CSAT and resolution time
  • Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams, providing status reports and customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Perform office-based administrative tasks when required


  • Minimum undergraduate from any reputed university
  • Proficient in English & Bengali (read, write, speak)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
  • Attentiveness, empathy, patience, and consistency
  • Willingness to work on a roster basis and on weekend / holidays
  • Team player, good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and goal focused
