Job Title: Executive, Corporate Sales

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in direct sales, corporate account planning and development

Location: Praava Health, Plot 9 Road No. 17, Dhaka 1212

We are looking for Dynamic, self-motivated individuals to join our corporate sales team to help create and implement sales strategies and meet the company set goals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the corporate sales sector or related fields with aggressive sales drive to meet targets.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our corporate partners
  • Act as the key point of contact in portfolio management, assist with high severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
  • Regular communication with corporate partners. Activate set of services (compliance performance, promotional deals, marketing packages, etc.) to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth; meet or exceed targets for revenue, account expansion, retention, development.
  • Constant assessment and revision of partners operations, ensuring smooth flow of service throughout the entire delivery process.
  • Interact closely with Ops, tech, MS, and lab team staff members for lead management.
  • Logging daily work details, Track and managing the business pipeline for projection on account management tools (Pipedrive, ClickUp)

Qualifications:

MBA with a marketing major, or BBA with a marketing major with prior experience in similar job.

Experience:

  • At least 2 – 3 years of experience in direct sales, corporate account planning and development.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

Business/Commercial Knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
  • Knowledge of Sales pitching the right way to corporate POCs and decision makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and decision-making ability
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of design and multimedia applications and equipment preferred
