Position: Customer Service domain

Salary: BDT 15,000/-

Office Days: Working hours based on shifts

Nature of Work: The position is on a rotation/shift basis and contractual

Job Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with a friendly and empathetic approach.
2. Solve issues related to our vehicle tracking system.
3. Guide customers step-by-step for quick issue resolution.
4. Collaborate with technical teams for complex problems.
5. Educate customers on new features and services.
6. Share customer feedback with Line Manager for continuous improvement.
7. Maintain organized records of interactions for future reference.

Qualification:

Previous work experience in customer service is a must! Enthusiastic current students with prior experience in the Customer Service domain are highly encouraged to apply.

📞 Morning Shift (8 A.M. -3 P.M.),

📞 Evening Shift (3 P.M – 10 P.M.)

📞 Night Shift (10 P.M. – 8 A.M.).
