Job Title: Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales
Salary:Â Negotiable
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience in a sales or business development role
Location: Praava Health, Plot 9 Road No. 17, Dhaka 1212
We are looking for an individual who will develop and implement Marketing strategy in coordination with the department head to achieve the targeted business result, supervise the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly Targets and also develop and execute account planning and safeguard the reputation of Praava Health.
Key responsibilities
- Hunting new corporate clients every month as per Target.
- Generate revenue from existing and new clients.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Manage all client communication and contact and proactively manage accounts assigned to him/her.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Sell the Praava suite of products into new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and closing and maintain all related documentation in our internal database
- Process management: performance reporting, client documentation, campaign planning, sales funnel planning and execution, revenue forecasting
- Devise strategies with the CAM to maximize revenue per account/customer
- Manage and improve corporate customer feedback, and deliver the feedback to other relevant internal teams
- Work with the team analysts to ensure regular (weekly and monthly) performance reports, supporting the CAM with vital insights on the accounts
- Work with other marketing team members in product development & planning, relevant to the corporate channel Help develop new products and launch them in the market
- Establish smooth processes for promotions, campaigns and sales with other areas of the business (MS, OPs, IT)
- Give frequent feedback from the market, so products, prices and services can be adjusted.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a top graded local or foreign university in a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Experience in Corporate Sales is a must.
- Track record of achieving 100% repeatedly.
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
Business/Commercial Knowledge
- Understanding of performance marketing (search, display and social).
- Powerful communicator-takes the complex and makes it simple to understand in emails, marketing materials, presentations, templates, etc.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Must be proactive and target oriented.
- Strategic thinking is a plus.
